OIL POLLUTION
In preparation of a ship’s recycling, an Inventory of Hazardous
Materials must be approved by a Class society or another competent organisation. This Inventory must, as a minimum, include
the materials that are speci昀椀ed in the Ship Recycling Convention appendix 1 and 2. The Inventory must be forwarded to the
selected SRF together with all relevant available information for
the SRF to develop the Ship Recycling Plan (SRP). A con昀椀rmation
of receipt must be obtained. During 2024, Gearbulk did not
recycle any vessels.
