Research and monitor relevant technologies
We remain committed to researching and monitoring
emerging technologies that can help minimize the potential negative impacts of our organization. This includes both
enhancements to existing systems and the adoption of innovative solutions that have been thoroughly evaluated for
e昀昀ectiveness and sustainability.
Explore Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships
Gearbulk will actively seek and assess potential Corporate
Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships to further our goal
of minimizing the environmental impact of our operations on
biodiversity. Our evaluation will focus on identifying organizations that align with our sustainability objectives and exploring
synergies to enhance the e昀昀ectiveness of these partnerships.
Assess additional noise reduction measures
Currently Gearbulk has implemented measures such as slow
steaming to reduce possible noise disturbance in addition
to route planning and navigation. We aim to assess additional options that could further support noise reduction in
protected areas.
