Monitor our risks continuously
Gearbulk’s commitment to uphold and enhance a zero-tolerance practice on bribery and corruption is a key element
within our future endeavours. In line with this commitment,
Gearbulk conducts regular evaluations of bribery and corruption risks, as well as of the e昀昀ectiveness of our control
measures. This involves maintaining a close collaboration
with Gearbulk’s operational joint ventures and ensuring a
proactive strategy across 昀氀eet management, shipowning
and terminal business segments.
Enhance awareness on anti-bribery and corruption
Gearbulk will enhance its comprehensive anti-bribery and
corruption training program with the goal to increase employees’ and crew ABC awareness. This initiative aims at
reinforcing Gearbulk’s zero-tolerance commitment, emphasizing the importance of maintaining ethical standards
across all our operations.
Gearbulk aims to establish clearer metrics across the organization and automate compliance controls. The Company
will intensify and enhance supplier evaluations with a focus
on risk analysis, including in relation to anti-corruption aspects, to ensure compliance of the entire supply chain with
applicable laws and regulations.
