Seafarers play a vital role at Gearbulk and are at the forefront
of our operations. Our priority has been to strengthen the
crew pool through recruitment e昀昀orts across all pools. Longterm strategic partnerships with manning agents are essential to our recruitment and crew management processes.
As of today, we have partnered with manning agents in the
Philippines, India and China.
