Talent attraction for both sea and shore positions focuses on
enhancing the employer brand through e昀昀ective communication of organisational culture and opportunities for career
growth. Additionally, we will continue fostering an inclusive
and diverse workplace, prioritising internal growth, leadership
development, and safety training. By investing in our people
and strengthening our organisational foundation, we are
