KEY OUTCOMES
In 2024, Gearbulk continued to strengthen its social and
relationship capital through responsible governance, ethical
business conduct, and meaningful stakeholder engagement.
We maintained a strong compliance record, reinforcing our
commitment to integrity. While one bribery and corruption
event was recorded, it was appropriately managed in line
with our policies.
Employee satisfaction remained high, re昀氀ecting our ongoing
e昀昀orts to foster a positive workplace culture. Additionally, we
expanded our sustainable procurement partnerships, further
aligning our supply chain with responsible business practices.
However, our direct spend in local communities remained
limited, highlighting an area for potential future impact.
