By integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into our business strategy,
we ensure that we not only sustain value but also
actively contribute to the well-being of the ecosystems in which we operate.
The Company’s Board of Directors has set requirements for sustainability and impact reporting, and
performance insights are detailed in the company’s
ESG report (please refer to gearbulk.com for our
report).
Responsibility for managing and reporting on
the Company’s impact, hereunder oversight and
approval of the reported information, has been
delegated to the Company’s management. A process
for external review is under development.
