OUR SUBCOMMITTEES
The CEO and Chairman of the Board has implemented structures and
committees to support the decision-making process. These structures and
committees report directly to the CEO and Chairman and have the responsibility to inform the CEO of developments on an agreed frequency. The
committees provide further support by drafting policies for review by the
Gearbulk Leadership Team which are ultimately approved by the CEO and
Chairman. Stakeholders help shape and improve grievance mechanisms
through regular consultations, employee surveys, dialogue forums, and joint
evaluations, ensuring the systems stay responsive, inclusive, and e昀昀ective.
