Stakeholder engagement is a vital element of our business operations. Gearbulk embraces an inclusive approach to ensure that our
decisions and actions align with the interests of our stakeholders.
This integrated framework allows us to assess the potential impact
we have on our stakeholders, as well as the in昀氀uence they have on
our business. By actively engaging with stakeholders, we strengthen
our ability to sustain value, identify new opportunities for value
creation, and reinforce the necessary controls to mitigate risks and
prevent value erosion.
STAKEHOLDER CLASSIFICATION
At Gearbulk, every stakeholder is important, but e昀昀ective
engagement requires a structured approach. To ensure
meaningful interactions, we categorise stakeholders based
on their material in昀氀uence on our operations and the impact
our business has on them.
